Adults

Mature dogs should be fed once or twice per day.  The amount of food depends upon your dog’s age, weight, activity level and environment.  See the chart above to determine the amount of food you should feed daily.

Puppies

Puppies require 1½ to 2 time as much food during the growth and development period as an adult the same weight.  Feed puppies 3 – 4 times per day the first six months, 2 times daily until full grown.

Pregnancy and Nursing

Pregnant and lactating females can be fed Tops Basics Dog Food according to the body condition and the number of puppies.
