Training/Competition: Administer one-half (1/2) scoop (Approx. 25 g) once per day for five days at mealtime. Thereafter, administer one scoop (Approx. 50 g) once per day at mealtime. Begin competition dose one month before season.
Off-Season/Light Exercise: Administer one-half (1/2) scoop (Approx. 25 g) once per day at mealtime.
