Mix two enclosed scoops* Kid Colostrum Supplement powder into one cup warm water.
Bottle-feed 1/4–1/2 cups solution every four hours for the first 24 hours of life.
For pygmy goats, feed about half this amount every 3–4 hours for the first 24 hours of life.
For kids that have nursed the dam, feed every six hours.
For pygmy kids that have nursed, feed every 4–6 hours.
When mixing, add powder to warm (100°–160° Fahrenheit) water and mix thoroughly with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
Feed the Kid Colostrum solution at or near body temperature (90°–100° Fahrenheit). Refrigerate unused solution promptly.
Reheat gently over warm water and stir well before feeding.
Do not microwave or freeze the solution. Discard refrigerated solution after 24 hours.
