Good for:
• Hooves that have softened in wet conditions
• Horses prone to hoof crumble, weakness, breakage, punctures and cavities in the foot and sole
• Stabled horses or horses that suffer from hoof deterioration during wet weather
SHAKE BEFORE USE. Start with a clean, dry hoof. After several applications the hoof will be easier to clean and dry as most water will run off, and what remains can be dried with a cloth. Apply to the hoof wall using a hoof brush. Start just below the coronary band and work downwards. For complete protection, apply to the sole and frog as well. Allow to dry before riding or turning out. When dry, buff with a cloth for a natural sheen. FOR EXTERNAL USE ON HOOVES ONLY. Do not use conventional hoof oils and greases with Keratex Hoof Gel.
• Use every 2 days except in dry conditions, when Hoof Gel can be applied every 4 days
• Apply an extra coat before riding out in snow or in extremely wet, muddy conditions
