These guidelines are suggested only. Feeding amounts may vary by your dog’s temperament, activity, and environmental conditions. Please adjust feeding accordingly.

Gestating: Gestating bitches should be fed approximately 5% more per week starting at the third week so that at 9 weeks she will be fed approximately 130% of Adult requirements.

Lactating: Lactating bitches should be fed up to 200% of Adult during peak lactation, or an additional 25% of maintenance for basic maternal activities and another additional 25% of maintenance per puppy.

Transition InstructionsWhen switching your dog from another food, transition your food over 6 days by mixing the original food with an increasing proportion of Horizon Pulsar until the last day when you can stop mixing.
