Omega-3 fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docsahexanoic acid (DHA), are found primarily in cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel. Fish oil supplies a variety of different Omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, making it a fine source of these nutrients.
