The feeding ranges are suggested guidelines only. The aged horse tends to consume less feed than younger animals of the same mature body weight. Also, research indicates that the aged animal is less efficient in digesting feed. Although these factors are considered in the formulation of Patriot Senior, the extent of their influence cannot be predicted. Therefore, final feeding rates must be adjusted on an individual basis. Make diet changes slowly. If additional energy is required to maintain condition, add a Hi Fat Supplement. When feeding with adequate forage, feed a minimum of 5 lb per head per day. Provide GROSTRONG vitamin and mineral products according to label directions. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.
Feeding rates: Patriot Senior Complete contains high-quality fiber and can be fed as the total diet. A regular feeding schedule should be maintained. Feed a minimum of two equally spaced feedings daily. When possible, it is recommended that the feed be offered in 3 equal feedings when fed as a total diet.
WARNING: Consumption of this product by sheep and goats may result in copper toxicity.
