1 tablet per 10 gallons of water. Treatment in a hospital tank is recommended. Treat every other day for a full 5 days; a minimum of 3 treatments is recommended. Repeat if necessary. To avoid stress to fish, use continuous filtration but remove carbon filter since it will remove antibiotics from the water.
