Description

Usually feed at the rate of 3% body weight under favorable conditions of water temperature, available oxygen and stocking rate. Feed an amount which the catfish will consume in 20 to 30 minutes in pond cultures when stocking rates are 4000 or less fish per acre.

Caution

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect infested feed to animals as it may cause illness, performance loss or death.

Important

Feed only to pond-raised fish. Do not overfeed. Feeding rates must be carefully monitored and adjusted for each situation. Overfeeding will result in the accumulation and decay of uneaten feed, which will reduce the water quality, used oxygen and may become a host for disease bacteria.
